SOUTH EASTERN CIRCUIT
I, Patricia Ryan, President of the Circuit Court, in pursuance of the powers vested in me by Section 10 of the Courts of Justice Act, 1947, and having consulted the permanent Judge of the South Eastern Circuit, and by other powers conferred on me, do hereby Order the following:
1. That the sitting of Carlow Circuit Court scheduled to begin on Tuesday 13th October 2020 shall begin instead on Tuesday 6th October 2020 and shall continue for as long as it takes to deal with criminal and other business returned for Carlow.
2. That this Order shall be published as soon as possible on www.courts.ie.
